Baigiamojo magistro darbo tema „Mokyklos komunikacija bendradarbiaujant su tėvais mažų miestelių ugdymo įstaigose: Pakruojo rajono atvejis“. Komunikacija gali užtikrinti, kad visos suinteresuotos mokyklos bendruomenės grupės viską supras vienodai. Sėkmingo komunikacijos modelio bendradarbiaujant su tėvais paieškos suformuoja mokslinį baigiamojo darbo aktualumą. Darbo problema formuojama probleminiais klausimais: Kokie bendradarbiavimo su tėvais būdai padėtų užtikrinti efektyvią komunikaciją? Kokios mokyklos vadovų įgyvendinamos priemonės padėtų formuoti mokyklos ir tėvų komunikacijos sistemą? Tyrimo tikslas - ištirti ir įvertinti mokyklų komunikacijos su tėvais procesus mažų miestelių bendrojo ugdymo įstaigose, remiantis Pakruojo rajono atvejo analize, siekiant nustatyti veiksmingumo veiksnius ir pateikti tobulinimo pasiūlymus. Tikslui pasiekti kelti šie uždaviniai: 1.Apibrėžiant komunikacijos ir bendravimo sampratas aptarti šių veiksnių svarbą ugdymo įstaigos veiklai remiantis švietimo vadybos ir komunikacijos teoriniais pagrindais. 2.Identifikuoti mokyklos ir tėvų bendradarbiavimo poreikį, aptarti galimas bendradarbiavimo formas. 3.Pasitelkiant empirinį tyrimą įvertinti ugdymo įstaigų vadovų požiūrį į esamą komunikacijos situaciją mokyklose. 4.Pasiūlyti rekomendacijas efektyvesniems mokyklos ir tėvų komunikacijos modeliams sukurti, atsižvelgiant į tyrimo rezultatus. Tyrimo objektas: mokyklos komunikacija bendraujant su tėvais. Tyrimo metu naudoti mokslinės literatūros analizė, pusiau struktūruoto interviu ir turinio analizės metodai. Atlikus tyrimą gautos esminės išvados. Išanalizavus Pakruojo rajono mokyklų vadovų nuomonės tyrimą nustatyta, kad įgyvendinant efektyvią mokyklos ir tėvų komunikaciją su tėvais bendraujama pasitelkus elektroninius dienynus, socialinius tinklus, internetinėje svetainėje teikiama informacija, elektroninį paštą, pokalbius telefonu. Įgyvendinamos įvairios bendravimo formos: individualūs pokalbiai, tėvų susirinkimai, šventės ir renginiai, trišaliai pokalbiai, konsultacinės dienos, atvirų durų dienos. Pakruojo rajono mokyklų efektyviai komunikacijai įgyvendinti įtakos turi šie veiksniai: tėvų įsitraukimas į mokyklos veiklą dalyvaujant bendruose renginiuose, projektuose, šventėse ir išlaikant abipusę komunikaciją, darbuotojų lojalumas įstaigai ir motyvacija bei asmeninės savybės, padedančios bendrauti. Mokyklose sudaryta galimybė keistis nuomonėmis, naudoti informacines technologijas, suformuotos komunikacijos tradicijos, mokyklos kultūra. Įstaigų vadovų įtaka efektyvios komunikacijos įgyvendinimui pasireiškia su kolektyvu aptariant komunikavimo sistemas ir būdus, vadovaujantis parengtomis tvarkomis ir taisyklėmis, organizuojant informacinius susirinkimus, atnaujinant žinias, naudojant šiuolaikines medijas, vadovaujantis pasidalytos lyderystės principais.
The topic of the final master's thesis is "School communication in cooperation with parents in small town educational institutions: the case of Pakruojis district". Communication can ensure that all concerned groups of the school community will understand everything in the same way. The search for a successful communication model in cooperation with parents defines the scientific relevance of the final thesis. The problem of work is formed by problematic questions: What methods of cooperation with parents would help ensure effective communication? What measures implemented by school leaders would help to form a school-parent communication system? The aim of the study is to investigate and evaluate the processes of school communication with parents in small town general education institutions, The study is based on the analysis of the case of Pakruojis district, to identify efficiency factors and provide improvement proposals. The following tasks have been set to achieve the aim:1. To define the concepts of communication and interaction and discuss the importance of these factors for the activities of the educational institution based on the theoretical foundations of educational management and communication. 2. To identify the need for school-parent cooperation, discuss possible forms of cooperation. 3. To assess the attitude of heads of educational institutions to the current communication situation in schools using empirical research 4. To offer recommendations for creating more effective models of school-parent communication, considering the results of the study. The object of the study: school communication in interaction with parents. The methods of scientific literature analysis, semi-structured interviews and content analysis were used during the study. Some key conclusions were made after the research. After analyzing the opinion survey of school leaders in Pakruojis district, it was determined that while implementing effective school-parent communication with parents, communication is carried out using electronic diaries, social networks, information provided on the website, e-mail, and telephone conversations. Various forms of communication are used: individual conversations, parent meetings, celebrations and events, tripartite conversations, consultation days, open days. The following factors influence the implementation of effective communication in Pakruojis district schools: parental involvement in school activities by participating in joint events, projects, celebrations and maintaining mutual communication. Other important factors are employees' loyalty to the institution and motivation, as well as personal qualities that help to communicate. Schools have created an opportunity to exchange opinions, using information technologies. They also have formed communication traditions and school culture. The influence of heads of institutions on the implementation of effective communication is manifested by discussing communication systems and methods with the team, following prepared procedures and rules, organizing information meetings, updating knowledge, using modern media, and following the principles of shared leadership.
