Magistro baigiamajame darbe analizuojamas produktyvumas paslaugų teikimo įmonės kontekste. Darbas susideda iš trijų pagrindinių dalių. Pirmoje dalyje siekiama apibudinti paslaugų produktyvumo sampratą bei identifikuoti pagrindinius paslaugų produktyvumo didinimo aspektus teoriniu požiūriu. Antrojoje magistro darbo dalyje siekiama identifikuoti paslaugų produktyvumo vertinimo metodus, lyginant skirtingų mokslinių straipsnių autorių nuomones bei suformuoti paslaugų teikimo įmonės ,,Baltijos saugos grupė“ paslaugų produktyvumo vertinimo modelį. Trečiojoje magistro darbo dalyje suformuotas paslaugų produktyvumo vertinimo modelis patikrinamas konkrečios įmonės atveju, tiriant jos konkurencingumą, paslaugų kokybę bei kiekybę.

The master's thesis analyzes productivity in the context of the service delivery company. The work consists of three main parts. The first part aims to describe the concept of service productivity and to identify the main aspects of increasing service productivity from a theoretical point of view. The second part of the master's thesis aims to identify the methods of assessing the productivity of services by comparing the opinions of the authors of different scientific articles and to form a model for assessing the productivity of services of the service delivery company "Baltic Safety Group". The model of assessment of service productivity formed in the third part of the master's thesis is checked in the case of a particular company by examining its competitiveness, quality and quantity of services.
