Listinguojamų Baltijos šalių įmonių dividendų politikos pokyčiai COVID-19 kontekste

Pirmame skyriuje analizuojami teoriniai dividendų politikos formavimo aspektai – dividendų politikos samprata, dividendų politikos teorijos ir formavimo veiksniai, atsižvelgiama į tai, kokią įtaką dividendų politikos formavime gali turėti krizinės situacijos. Antrame skyriuje pristatoma ir pagrindžiama tyrimo metodika, aprašomas tyrimo organizavimas ir etapai, analizės kriterijai. Trečiame skyriuje pristatomi susisteminti tyrimo rezultatai – dividendų politikos tarp listinguojamų Baltijos šalių įmonių ypatumai 2016-2020 m., akcentuojant pokytį prasidėjus COVID-19 pandemijai, dividendus mokėjusių ir nemokėjusių įmonių veiklos rezultatų skirtumai.

The first chapter analyzes the theoretical aspects of dividend policy – the concept of dividend policy, dividend policy theories and formation factors, taking into account the impact of crisis situations on the formation of dividend policy. The second chapter presents and substantiates the research methodology, describes the organization and stages of the research, and the analysis criteria. The third chapter presents the systematized results of the study – peculiarities of dividend policy between listed companies in the Baltic States in 2016-2020, trends in the pandemic years, also emphasizing the change in the performance of companies that paid and did not pay dividends during first year of COVID-19 crisis.
