Ikimokyklinio įstaigos laikoma kaip svarbi ugdymo grandis, ugdanti pirmuosius vaikų įgūdžius, socialinę ir emocinę kompetenciją, todėl labai svarbu, kad tokiose įstaigose vyrautų sveika, pozityvi atmosfera, kurioje ir pedagogai, ir vaikai jaustųsi saugūs ir motyvuoti. Darbo objektas – vadovo lyderystės raiška kuriant pozityvų mikroklimatą ikimokyklinėje įstaigoje. Darbo tikslas – atskleisti vadovo lyderystės raišką kuriant pozityvų mikroklimatą ikimokyklinėje įstaigoje. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Aptarti lyderystės sampratą, bruožus ir lyderystės stilius. 2. Išanalizuoti pozityvaus mikroklimato charakteristiką ir svarbą ikimokyklinėje įstaigoje. 3. Ištirti vadovo lyderystės ir pozityvaus mikroklimato sąsajas mikroklimato kūrimui ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigoje, remiantis gautais tyrimo rezultatais. Probleminiai klausimai: 1. Koks lyderio vaidmuo kuriant pozityvų mikroklimatą ikimokyklinėje įstaigoje? 2. Kaip/ kokias būdais ir priemonėmis ikimokyklinio ugdymo lyderis gali kurti ir užtikrinti pozityvų mikroklimatą? Teoriniai ir empiriniai metodai. 1. Mokslinės literatūros analizės metodo pagrindu atskleista lyderystės samprata ir bruožai, pozityvaus mikroklimato charakteristika ir poveikis vaikų ugdymui, pozityvaus mikroklimato kūrimo būdai ikimokyklinėje įstaigoje bei lyderio vaidmuo, kuriant pozityvų mikroklimatą ikimokyklinėje įstaigoje. 2. Kiekybinio tyrimo metodas suteikia galimybę įsigilinti į tyrimo dalyvių nuomonę apie lyderystės raišką, kuriant pozityvų mikroklimatą ikimokyklinėje įstaigoje. Išvados. Palankus, motyvuojantus ir saugus mikroklimatas skatina bendruomenės narius jaustis vertinamais ir palaikomais. Ikimokyklinėse įstaigose toks mikroklimatas tiesiogiai veikia tiek darbuotojų, tiek vaikų gerovę, skatinant jų kūrybiškumą, bendradarbiavimą ir aukštą pedagoginio proceso kokybę. Transformaciniai lyderiai skatina pozityvų mikroklimatą, kur darbuotojai jaučiasi motyvuoti ir saugūs, o autoritariniai lyderiai gali sukelti demotyvaciją. Pozityvus mikroklimatas prisideda prie efektyvesnės lyderystės ir aukštų darbo rezultatų.
Preschool institutions are considered an important educational link that develops children's first skills, social and emotional competence, therefore it is very important that a healthy, positive atmosphere prevails in such institutions, in which both educators and children feel safe and motivated. The object of the work is the expression of leadership by a manager in creating a positive microclimate in a preschool institution. The aim of the work is to reveal the expression of leadership by a manager in creating a positive microclimate in a preschool institution. The objectives of the research: 1. Discuss the concept, features and leadership styles of leadership. 2. Analyze the characteristics and importance of a positive microclimate in a preschool institution. 3. To investigate the links between the leader's leadership and positive microclimate in creating a microclimate in a preschool institution, based on the results of the study. Problematic questions: 1. What is the role of a leader in creating a positive microclimate in a preschool institution? 2. How/by what methods and means can a preschool education leader create and ensure a positive microclimate? Theoretical and empirical methods. 1. Based on the method of scientific literature analysis, the concept and features of leadership, the characteristics and impact of a positive microclimate on children's education, methods of creating a positive microclimate in a preschool institution and the role of a leader in creating a positive microclimate in a preschool institution were revealed. 2. The quantitative research method provides an opportunity to delve into the opinion of the study participants about the expression of leadership in creating a positive microclimate in a preschool institution. Conclusions. A favorable, motivating and safe microclimate encourages community members to feel valued and supported. In preschools, such a microclimate directly affects the well-being of both staff and children, promoting their creativity, cooperation and high quality of the pedagogical process. Transformational leaders promote a positive microclimate where employees feel motivated and safe, while authoritarian leaders can cause demotivation. A positive microclimate contributes to more effective leadership and high work results.
