ES vandens apsaugos teisė ir politika: pasirinkto probleminio aspekto analizė

Šiame darbe iškeltas tyrimo tikslas - įvertinti Nord Stream dujotiekio tiesimo Baltijos jūroje situaciją ES vandens teisės ir politikos kontekstu. Tikslui pasiekti suformuoti trys uždaviniai: 1. Išnagrinėti ES vandens apsaugos politikos raidos teorinius aspektus; 2. Ištirti vandens apsaugos politikos ir teisės nuostatų įgyvendinimą Lietuvoje; 3. Išanalizuoti Nord Stream dujotiekio Baltijos jūroje tiesimo probleminius aspektus ES vandens apsaugos teisės ir politikos kontekstu.

The aim of this study is to assess the situation of the Nord Stream gas pipeline construction in the Baltic Sea in the context of EU water law and policy. To achieve the goal, three tasks have been formed: 1. To examine the theoretical aspects of the development of the EU water protection policy; 2. To study the implementation of water protection policy and legal provisions in Lithuania; 3. To analyze the problematic aspects of the construction of the Nord Stream gas pipeline in the Baltic Sea in the context of EU water protection law and policy.
