Manipuliacijos apskaitoje ir jų įtaka įmonės perspektyvoms

Magistro baigiamajame darbe išnagrinėta manipuliacijų apskaitoje samprata, manipuliacijų apskaitoje atsiradimo priežastys, būdai ir tikslai, apskaitos reklamentavimas tikrumo ir teisingumo aspektais. Pirmoji dalis skirta manipuliacijų apskaitoje teoriniams aspektams analizuoti. Antras skyrius skirtas manipuliacijų apskaitoje įtakos įmonės perspektyvoms tyrimo metodologijai nustatyti, tyrimo eigai aprašyti bei apibūdinti kokybiniame tyrime dalyvausiančius respondentus. Trečiame skyriuje analizuojama, kodėl svarbu verslui vykdyti skaidrią įmonės veiklą, kaip manipuliacijos apskaitoje gali paveikti įmonės perspektyvas bei kokių prevencinių priemonių imtis, kad būtų išventa manipuliacijų apskaitoje.

The master's thesis examines manipulation in accounting, the causes of manipulation in accounting, its methods and objectives, and transparency and justice in accounting regulation. The first part is dedicated to analyzing the theoretical aspects of manipulation in accounting. The second chapter defines the methodology used to analyze the influence manipulation has on a company’s perspectives, to describe the research process and characterize the participating respondents in qualitative research. The third chapter analyzes why it is important for business to operate company activities transparently, how manipulation in accounting can affect the company’s prospects and what preventive measures to take to avoid manipulation in accounting.
