Magistro darbe pateikiami švietimo pokyčiai įgyvendinant atnaujintas ugdymo turinio programas bei mokytojų vaidmuo ir lyderystės apraiškos juos įgyvendinant. Pirmoje dalyje išanalizuotos lyderystės formos kaip transformacinė, transakcinė ir pasidalytoji lyderystė ir jų apraiškos ugdymo įstaigose. Taip pat mokytojų lyderystės svarba švietimo sektoriuje bei lyderiams būdingos kompetencijos ir savybės. Antroje dalyje pateikiami konkretūs pokyčiai susiję su programų atnaujinimu: įstatymai reglamentuojantys pokyčius, bendrųjų programų atnaujinimo etapai, turinio pokyčiai orientuoti bendrųjų kompetencijų ugdymą. Trečiojoje dalyje išanalizuoti realūs mokytojų veiksmai ruošiantis realizuoti atnaujintas ugdymo programas savo pamokose, sunkumai su kuriais jie susiduria ir mokytojų lyderystės apraiškos įgyvendinant pokyčius.
The Master ‘s thesis presents educational changes related to the implementation of updated curricula and the role of teachers and manifestations of leadership in this process. The first part analyzes forms of leadership such as transformational, transactional and shared leadership and their manifestations in educational institutions. Also, the importance of teacher leadership in the education sector and the competencies and characteristic qualities of leaders. The second part presents specific changes related to the renewal of programs: laws regulating changes, stages of updating general curricula, changes in content oriented to the development of general competencies. The third part analyzes the real actions of teacher in preparing to implement updated curricula in their lessons, the difficulties they face and manifestations of teacher leadership in implementing changes.
