Tyčinio bankroto požymiai ir prezumpcijos: teorinės ir praktinės problemos

Magistrinio darbo tikslas – išanalizuoti naująjį tyčinio bankroto institutą Lietuvoje bei nustatyti jo taikymo praktines ir teorines problemas. Baigiamajame darbe daugiausiai dėmesio skiriama tyčinio bankroto požymių bei prezumpcijų analizei. Bet to, siekiama nustatyti ir išspręsti tyčinio bankroto subjektams kylančias problemas bei atskleisti tyčinio bankroto sampratą. Magistriniame darbe tyrinėjamos ir tyčinio bankroto pasekmės.

The goal of masters thesis- to analyze the new intentional bankruptcy institution in Lithuania and to identify its application practical and theoretical problems. In the thesis the attention is oriented on intentional bankruptcy features and presumption analysis. Also the aim is to identify and solve the problems of intentional bankruptcy entities and reveal intentional bankruptcy concept. In the Masters thesis there is also explored the consequences of intentional bankruptcy.
