Baigiamojo darbo tikslas – sukurti NATO kritinės energetinės infrastruktūros kibernetinio saugumo užtikrinimo modelį hibridinių grėsmių valdymo kontekste. Pirmoje dalyje nagrinėjamos NATO šalių kritinės energetinės infrastruktūros kibernetinio saugumo užtikrinimo hibridinių grėsmių kontekste spektras. Antroje dalyje analizuojama NATO šalių reakcijos į hibridines grėsmes, trečiojoje – pateikiamas ir analizuojamas NATO kritinės energetinės infrastruktūros kibernetinio saugumo užtikrinimo hibridinių grėsmių valdymo kontekste tyrimo modelis.
The purpose of the thesis – create a model for ensuring the cybersecurity of NATO critical energy infrastructure in the context of hybrid threat management. The first part examines the spectrum of ensuring the cybersecurity of NATO countries' critical energy infrastructure in the context of hybrid threats. The second part analyzes the reactions of NATO countries to hybrid threats, and the third part presents and analyzes a research model for ensuring the cybersecurity of NATO critical energy infrastructure in the context of hybrid threat management.
