Magistro baigiamajame darbe išnagrinėtos didėjantį CPO dažnį lemiančios priežastys Lietuvoje. Pirmoje darbo dalyje analizuota CPO paplitimo dinamika pasaulyje ir Lietuvoje, išanalizuoti dažniausi CPO lemiantys psichosocialiniai, organizaciniai, sisteminiai veiksniai bei gimdymo priežiūrą reglamentuojantys teisės aktai Lietuvoje. Antroje darbo dalyje iškeltas tyrimo tikslas, uždaviniai bei pagrįsti tyrimų instrumentai. Trečioje dalyje atskleisti svarbiausi moterų bei gydytojų akušerių-ginekologų nurodomi psichosocialiniai, organizaciniai, sisteminiai veiksniai, turintys įtakos sprendimui atlikti CPO. Remiantis tyrimo rezultatais, pateikiamos išvados ir rekomendacijos.
This master’s thesis examines the factors contributing to the increasing rate of caesarean section in Lithuania. The first part of the thesis analyzes the dynamics of caesarean section rate worldwide and in Lithuania, examines the most common psychosocial, organizational, and systemic factors contributing to caesarean sections, as well as the legal regulations governing childbirth care in Lithuania. The second part of the study outlines the research objectives, tasks, and the rationale for the research instruments. The third part reveals the most important psychosocial, organizational, and systemic factors identified by women and obstetricians-gynecologists that influence the decision to perform a caesarean section. The thesis presents conclusions and recommendations based on the study results.
