For the need of the occupation of residents, harmonization of labour and family functions, guarantee of sexual equality for work opportunities more and more often more flexible labour management forms are used. This thesis according to the EU member states experience analyses flexible and safe occupation agreement and necessity of such agreement as well as workers adaptability and capability to fit to the labour market. The factors in Lithuania are discussed that influate growth and development of various labour management forms. Moreover the legal measures to warrant occupation are analysed and the importance of accounting of the working time in the process of flexible and safe accupation agreement is pointed out. Analysis was made on the completed questionnaire by residents to demonstrate progressing flexible labour management and viability of steady social guarantee.
