Šiame darbe siekiama įvertinti teisės į gyvybę bei teisės į tapatumą sąveiką su naujosiomis technologijomis, identifikuojant pagrindines rizikas žmogaus teisėms ir laisvėms bei galimus jų sprendimo būdus skaitmeninėje erdvėje. Darbe nagrinėjami tarptautiniai teisės šaltiniai, moksliniai straipsniai, įvairi literatūra. Pažymėtina, kad egzistuojančio teisinio reguliavimo skaitmeninei erdvei tarptautiniu lygmeniu nepakanka. Darbe pateikiami atliktos apklausos rezultatai ir analizė pagrindžianti taip pat ir visuomenės poreikį didesniam skaitmeninės erdvės tesiniam reguliavimui.
This paper aims to assess the interaction between the right to life and the right to identity in the context of new technologies, identifying the main risks to human rights and freedoms as well as possible solutions in the digital space. The paper examines international legal sources, academic articles, and various literature. It should be noted that existing legal regulation of the digital space at the international level is insufficient. The paper presents the results and analysis of a survey that also substantiates the public’s need for greater legal regulation of digital space.
