Atvejo vadybininko funkcijos gerinant pacientų priežiūros koordinavimą pirminėje sveikatos priežiūroje

Magistro baigiamajame darbe nagrinėjamas atvejo vadybininko vaidmuo pirminėje sveikatos priežiūroje. Pirmoje dalyje analizuojami pirminės sveikatos priežiūros organizavimo teikiant pacientų priežiūrą ir atvejo vadybos pritaikymo teoriniai aspektai, analizuojamas atvejo vadybininko vaidmuo, funkcijos bei paslaugų teikimo teisinė aplinka. Antroje pateikiama empirinio tyrimo metodika, o trečioje dalyje pateikiama empirinio tyrimo rezultatų analizė atskleidžianti sveikatos priežiūros specialistų požiūrį į atvejo vadybininko vaidmenį pacientų priežiūros koordinavimo kontekste. Darbo pabaigoje pateikiamos išvados bei praktinės rekomendacijos, skirtos atvejo vadybos procesams ir kokybei gerinti.
This master’s thesis examines the role of the case manager in primary health care. The first part analyzes the theoretical aspects of organizing primary healthcare in the context of patient care and the application of case management, as well as the role, functions, and legal framework for service provision of the case manager. The second part presents the methodology of the empirical study, while the third part presents an analysis of the empirical study results revealing healthcare professionals views on the role of the case manager in the context of coordinating patient care. The conclusion of the paper presents findings and practical recommendations aimed at improving case management processes and quality.
