Šiame magistro baigiamajame darbe siekiama ištirti organizacijų parengtumą diegti DI veiklos audito procese. Pirmoje darbo dalyje nagrinėjami teoriniai DI diegimo veiklos audito procesuose aspektai. Teorinė analizė pradedama veiklos audito sampratos ir reikšmės analize. Toliau teorinėje dalyje nagrinėjami su DI susiję aspektai: DI samprata, veiklos audito tobulinimo diegiant DI galimybės ir organizacijos pasirengimo diegti DI veiklos audito procesuose aspektai. Teorinė dalis baigiama sudarant teorinį organizacijos pasirengimo diegti DI veiklos audito procesuose modelį. Antroje darbo dalyje pristatoma ir pagrindžiama tyrimo metodika. Trečioje dalyje pristatomi empirinio tyrimo rezultatai – taikant turinio analizę nagrinėjama, kaip praktiškai organizacijos rengiasi diegti DI veiklos audito procesuose ir identifikuojama su kokiomis kliūtimis jos susiduria.
This master's thesis aims to examine the readiness of organizations to implement artificial intelligence (AI) in performance audit processes. The first part of the thesis analyzes the theoretical aspects of AI implementation in performance auditing. The theoretical analysis begins with an overview of the concept and significance of performance auditing. The subsequent section explores AI-related aspects: the concept of AI, opportunities to enhance performance auditing through AI, and factors affecting organizational readiness for implementing AI in performance audit processes. The theoretical part concludes with the development of a theoretical model of organizational readiness for AI implementation in performance audits. The second part of the thesis presents and substantiates the research methodology. The third part presents the results of the empirical research – using content analysis, it examines how organizations practically prepare to implement AI in performance auditing and identifies the challenges they face.
