Abstract

The work „The Environments’ Policy and Control of European Union and Lithuania“ deals with topical issues of the environment policy and control development of European Union and Lithuania, a statute-book, environment’s problems and the ways of solutions. The problems of Lithuania’s and European Union’s environment protection are listed in a way of short analysis of the environmental state. There is the Lithuanian environmental protection within the context of European Union policy listed in a last part of work. It includes the main principles of environmental bargain between Lithuania and European Union, European Union‘s environmental law consistence with Lithuanian‘s environmental law and the features of the appliance and the management of European Union‘s financial support. Environmental protection is a very important feature of life quality for the actual and future generations. Therefore we have to know the history and the policy development of the Lithuanian environmental control as well as the cognizance of a statute-book, identification the nowadays environmental problems and solving those ones invoking effective, safe and operative ways of strategies. Regarding to our state’s entrance to a part of European Union it is necessary to practice its experience and support within an environmental sector for establishing the clean and healthy today’s and tomorrow’s environment.
