Šiame darbe analizuojama atvejo vadyba integruojant sveikatos priežiūros ir socialines paslaugas intelekto ir ar psichosocialinę negalią turintiems asmenims. Darbas aktualus, nes tai Lietuvoje mažai tyrinėta tema, susijusiu su praktiniu intelekto ir (ar) psichosocialinę negalią turinčių asmenų paslaugų prieinamumo ir kokybės užtikrinimo poreikiu. Atliktu tyrimu atskleidžiama, kad atvejo vadybininkas tampa „jungiamąja grandimi“ tarp sveikatos priežiūros, socialinės apsaugos ir kitų sistemų dirbant su šiais asmenimis, kuris atstovaudamas klientui atlieka daugelį funkcijų. Tad atvejo vadyba integruojant sveikatos priežiūros ir socialines paslaugas intelekto ir ar psichosocialinę negalią turintiems asmenims yra sritis, kuriai reikia teikti daugiau dėmesio organizaciniu ir sisteminiu lygmenimis.
This thesis analyses case management in the integration of health care and social services for persons with intellectual and/or psychosocial disabilities. The topic is relevant because it has been little researched in Lithuania and is related to the practical need to ensure the accessibility and quality of services for persons with intellectual and/or psychosocial disabilities. The conducted research reveals that the case manager becomes a “linking element” between health care, social protection, and other systems when working with these individuals, performing many functions while representing the client. Therefore, case management in the integration of health care and social services for persons with intellectual and/or psychosocial disabilities is an area that requires greater attention at both organisational and systemic levels.
