Magistro darbe buvo analizuojami kibernetinio raštingumo ir atsparumo teoriniai aspektai, kibernetinio atsparumo metodai ir priemonės. Buvo atliktas kiekybinis tyrimas ir pateiktas kibernetinio raštingumo vaidmuo visuomenės atsparumo stiprinimui tyrimo rezultatai. Pirmame skyriuje analizuojami kibernetinio raštingumo, kibernetinio atsparumo teoriniai aspektai: kibernetinio atsparumo metodų ir priemonių analizė, kibernetinį atsparumą lemiantys veiksniai, švietimo iniciatyvos kibernetiniam atsparumui didinti ir švietimo institucijų gerosios praktikos. Antrame skyriuje aprašomas kiekybinis tyrimas, išsamus tyrimo dizainas ir naudoti metodai, tyrimo etika, tyrimo eiga, instrumento sandara ir pan. Trečiame skyriuje analizuojamas kiekybinis tyrimas, kurio tikslas - pasitelkiant apklaustųjų nuomonę, išsiaiškinti kibernetinio raštingumo vaidmenį visuomenės atsparumo didinime. Pateikiamos rekomendacijos pagal respondentų atviro klausimo atsakymus.
The master's thesis analyzed the theoretical aspects of cyber literacy and resilience, methods and tools of cyber resilience. A quantitative study was conducted and the results of the study on the role of cyber literacy in strengthening the resilience of society were presented. The first chapter analyzes the theoretical aspects of cyber literacy, cyber resilience: analysis of methods and tools of cyber resilience, factors determining cyber resilience, educational initiatives to increase cyber resilience and good practices of educational institutions. The second chapter describes the quantitative study, detailed research design and methods used, research ethics, research process, structure of the instrument, etc. The third chapter analyzes the quantitative study, the aim of which is to clarify the role of cyber literacy in increasing the resilience of society using the opinions of the respondents. Recommendations are provided based on the answers to the open question of the respondents.
