Magistro baigiamojo darbo pavadinimas – Paradigminiai pokyčiai gyvūnų gerovės užtikrinimo srityje. Norint išsamiai atskleisti baigiamojo darbo temą, buvo suformuluotas darbo tikslas: išanalizuoti paradigminio požiūrio į gyvūnų gerovę pokytį teisinėje sistemoje ir visuomenėje bei įvertinti pagrindines spragas. Siekiant pasiekti išsikeltą tikslą, buvo suformuluoti uždaviniai: atskleisti gyvūnų gerovės sampratos raidą; išanalizuoti gyvūnų gerovę reglamentuojančių teisės aktų bei teisės aktų, numatančių atsakomybę už gyvūnų gerovės pažeidimus, raidą; apžvelgti atsakomybės, taikomos asmenims pažeidusiems gyvūnų gerovę reglamentuojančius teisės aktus, jų taikymo efektyvumą; nustatyti švietimo įtakos vaidmenį, formuojant visuomenės požiūrį į gyvūnų gerovę. Baigiamojo darbo struktūra yra suskirstyta į kelias pagrindines dalis, kurios užtikrina nuoseklų ir sistemingą tyrimo atlikimą, apimantį teorinę analizę, praktinį vertinimą ir rekomendacijų formulavimą. Darbą sudaro įvadas, trys dėstomosios dalies skyriai, išvados ir pasiūlymai. Pirmame skyriuje atskleidžiama gyvūnų gerovės sampratos raida ir gyvūno kaip teisės objekto apibrėžimas. Antrame darbo skyriuje, analizuojama gyvūnų gerovės teisinio reguliavimo raida Lietuvoje, administracinės ir baudžiamosios atsakomybės raida ir teismų praktika gyvūnų gerovės srityje. Trečiame darbo skyriuje nagrinėjama visuomenės požiūrio į gyvūnų gerovė paradigma ir švietimo vaidmuo formuojant požiūrį į gyvūnų gerovę. Visų skyrių pabaigoje yra pateikiamos trumpos išvados. Taip pat, pagrindinės tyrimo išvados, pridedamas literatūros bei kitų šaltinių sąrašas, santrauka lietuvių ir anglų kalbomis bei priedas, kurį sudaro ekspertų apklausa – anketa.
The topic of this Master Thesis is Paradigmatic changes in the field of animal welfare. In order to reveal the topic of the thesis in detail, the aim of the work was formulated: to analyze the change of the paradigmatic approach to animal welfare in the legal system and society and to assess the main gaps. In order to achieve the set goal, the tasks were formulated: reveal the evolution of the concept of animal welfare; to analyze the development of legislation regulating animal welfare and legislation providing for violations of animal welfare; to review the liability applied to persons who have violated the legislation regulating animal welfare, and the effectiveness of their application; determine the influence of education in shaping public attitudes towards animal welfare. The structure of the thesis is divided into several main parts, which ensure consistent and systematic research, including theoretical analysis, practical evaluation and formulation of recommendations. The work consists of an introduction, three chapters of the teaching part, conclusions and proposals. The first chapter reveals the development of the concept of animal welfare and the definition of an animal as an object of law. The second chapter of the work analyzes the development of legal regulation of animal welfare in Lithuania, the development of administrative and criminal responsibility and court practice in the field of animal welfare. The third chapter examines the paradigm of society's attitude towards animal welfare and the role of education in shaping attitudes towards animal welfare. At the end of all chapters, there are brief conclusions. Also, the main findings of the study, a list of literature and other sources, a summary in Lithuanian and English, and an appendix consisting of a survey of experts - a questionnaire are attached.
