Magistro darbe identifikuoti konkretūs veiksmai ir strategijos, kurias taiko ikimokyklinės pakopos pedagogai, siekdami skatinti bendradarbiavimo procesą bei taikyti informacines komunikacines technologijas įtraukiojo ugdymo procese. Pirmoje darbo dalyje išanalizuota lyderystės samprata, transformacinė ir bendradarbiaujanti, etiška lyderystė, aptartos lyderiui būdingos savybės švietimo aplinkoje. Antroje darbo dalyje išnagrinėtas technologijų vaidmuo švietime, IKT panaudojimo galimybės įgyvendinant įtraukųjį ugdymą. Trečioje darbo dalyje išanalizuotos bendradarbiavimo formos ir šio proceso reikšmė. Ketvirtoje darbo dalyje pristatyta tyrimo metodika ir gauti rezultatai, kuriais siekta atskleisti, kaip praktikoje yra taikomi pokyčių lyderystės veiksmai, siekiant skatinti tarpusavio bendradarbiavimą naudojant informacines technologijas įtraukiojo ugdymo procese.
The Master's thesis identifies concrete actions and strategies preschool teachers use to promote the collaborative process and the use of ICT in inclusive education. The first part of the thesis analyses the concept of leadership, transformational and collaborative leadership, and ethical leadership and also discusses the characteristics of a leader in an educational setting. The second part of the thesis examines the role of technology in education and the possibilities of using ICT in inclusive education. The third part of the thesis analyses the forms of collaboration and the implications of this process. The fourth part of the thesis presents the research methodology and the results obtained to reveal how change leadership actions are applied in practice to promote peer collaboration through information technology in inclusive education.
