Licencinė sutartis Nr. MRU-EDT-1770.
This master’s thesis examines the work engagement of employees from different generations within organization “X”. The first part of the thesis explores the concept, structure, and determinants of employee engagement, alongside a theoretical overview of generational theory, highlighting key value- based and motivational differences among the Silent Generation, Baby Boomers, Generation X, Y, and Z. The second part presents the methodological foundation of the study, which is used to analyze and evaluate the patterns of engagement and the influencing factors across different generations in the context of organization “X”. Finally, the third part interprets the empirical results based on quantitative research data, assessing not only the overall level of employee engagement, but also the intergenerational differences, employees’ perceptions of organizational culture, intergenerational interaction, and the organization's capacity to meet generational needs. Based on the research findings, conclusions and recommendations are presented to support the development of engagement enhancement strategies and generational management practices.
