Уставна и законска регулатива српскохрватског jезика у СФРJ (1974-1991)

Abstract

It was a real necessity in Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia to correlate different legal formulations upon offical-public use of language. Such problematic issue went out during the last two decades of common state from pure philological and linguistic science and entered the area of politicized socoilinguistics of Serbo-Croatian or Croato-Serbian Language and even to the area of bare daily politics. The result was that one of the basic principles of Yugoslav community - unity of cultural life was ruined for the reason that the right of the nations to their own united national standardized languages was not respected.
