With reference to the survey of National School Agency for School Evaluation (lesson observation reports/inquiry of student opinion about school), students and teachers relationships at general schools were described. Quantitative analysis of data revealed the dependence of interaction characteristics on the age: constructive interaction was most relevant to primary school pupils and 12 grade students, destructive to 13-16-years-olds. Also relationships at lessons of different subjects were analyzed. It was found that relationships between students and the teachers of Physical Education, Native (Lithuanian) Language and Mathematics were often constructive, but constructive relationships between students and the teachers of Moral and Social Education teachers were rarely.
