The relation of law to morality is dealt with in the article. The attributes of law make - the basis of analysis. The peculiarities of analyzed relation are stressed. The possibilities of their application in Lithuanian law making and law implementation are shown. The reasons and bases for such an application, the directions for improvement of Lithuanian law making and application are also shown in the article.
