Atliktas tyrimas atskleidžia darbo rinkos problemas, kurios suformuotos remiantis praktinės padėties analize. Konceptualiai atskleidžiamos migracijos ir kitos problemos, nulemiančias socialines prarastis.

Author came to conclusion that the failure to self- identify a specific community ( society ) can have different forms of expression , from domestication of social support for the user ‚s role to reach a foothold in the labor market in other countries . At the same time it changes the traditional spirit and patriotism, concept and other values. Seen in perspective , it is assumed that the economic globalization , the global economy has opened up a wide choice of options: today is not what I belong to , but what I could become. On the other hand , it is quite difficult challenge for the individual, communities and civil society in general.
