The article strives to disclose the educational aspect of the training practice in training officers of law enforcement at the Faculty of Public Security, Mykolas Romeris University, The article analyses the essence of the training practice, its compatibility to the programme of officers' training and its aims. It should be stated that university education has become the advantage of servants of law enforcement: possessing a higher qualification of education, a law enforcement officer can better adapt in his/her workplace.
