Aggression is an urgent problem of our society. The criminality is the most counted of aggression phenomenon, Amount of register crimes has increased more than twice, the serious crimes have increase more than five time, the crimes related with narcotic has increased nine times. The young people of 14-24 years old consist 43 per cent of persons who has committed of crimes. The work of control and prevention and correction from violence is not effective. We can make an assumption about criminality increasing in the future. Aggressive behaviour in family makes negative influence on functioning of family. Family is loosing inner and outer stability: registered marriages are decreasing with every year. The supporters of theory of social learning assert that aggressive behaviour is learnt. Aggressive behaviour is decided much by factors: child abuse in family (physical violence, psychological violence, sexual abuse). Parent's aggressive behaviour with their children decide the risk factors of psychological of parents (e,g. mental disorder, social and economic problems, experience in aggressive behaviour in the childhood, alcoholism), the risk factors of psychological of children's mental development (e.g. physical and mental disorder, premature baby), the surroundings (e.g. under-age parents, single mothers). The theory of social learning (aggressive behaviour is learning process) gives us hope that this process is possible to be controlled.
