Abstract
In the present research, the problematic issues of the ideal coincidence of criminal acts in Lithuanian criminal law are analysed. A novelty of the research is stressed by fact that the Supreme Court of Lithuania started to formulate new criteria of ideal coincidence. This new case-law needs appropriate theoretical research. Yet according to the author, it is advisable to go back to the traditional concept of ideal coincidence of criminal acts, with some amendments to it.
