Abstract
This article introduce with the professor M. Romeris’ opinion of the death penalty and the penal servitude. The author of this article is looking for the truth of crown law’s heaviest punishments and their historical evolution in the article. The development of events which makes changes to one penalty to another is analyzed in the article as well. It is important to the interwar crown law’s condition of Lithuania.
