In the constantly changing economic and business environment business entities are constantly looking for new more effective and competitive opportunities, what usually leads to changes of structure of an organization and new business execution forms. This restructuring within the organizations (on microeconomic level) inevitably leads to employment restructuring on macroeconomic level. This article focuses on significant business process outsourcing form - Shared Service Centres (SSCs) as a form of employment restructuring. The nature of employment restructuring itself and its connections with Shares Service Centres, changing need for particular employees profile, reallocation of working places, which influences regional development, and other employment structure changes enhanced by increasing Shared Service Centres market are being analyzed in this article.
