Straipsnyje atskleidžiama, kokie 2024 m. rinkimų teisinio reglamentavimo pokyčiai buvo įgyvendinti ir kokius siūloma įgyvendinti keičiant Lietuvos Respublikos rinkimų kodeksą, analizuojamos priežastys, paskatinusios tokių pokyčių atsiradimą, ir aptariama aktualiausia teismų praktika rinkimų bylose.
Abstract (en)
The article reveals what changes in the legal regulation of the 2024 elections have been implemented and which are proposed to be implemented by amending the Electoral Code of the Republic of Lithuania. It analyses the reasons that have led to the emergence of such changes, and discusses the most relevant case law in electoral cases from 2024.
