Abstract (en)
This paper presents the findings of an investigation aimed at determining changes in university education contributing to the process of creating a civil society in Lithuania. Evidence based on analysis of a case study of Mykolas Romeris University indicates that promotion of transferable skills and introduction of new teachnig strategies through innovative teaching methods are powerful tools fostering change in university education and leading to change in society.
