Abstract
The knowledge is the most important value generating resource in modem organization. Networked organizations are stressed on complex problems/tasks and can be identified by acquired possibility to cope with them. It depends on how they can effectively build dynamic models. The increasing share of knowledge in products and services, the virtualization of companies and new opportunities provided by information and telecommunication technology are forcing companies to establish a systematic and active management of the knowledge resource.
