Методологія дослідження ґрунтується на системному і компетентнісному підходах. Використано такі методи дослідження: поєднання теоретичних методів пізнання (аналіз, синтез, абстрагування, узагальнення, пояснення) з елементами гіпотетично-дедуктивної моделі. Наукова новизна полягає у тому, що, використовуючи метод аналізу наукових джерел та результатів емпіричного спостереження викладацьких практик фахівців у галузі гуманітарних і соціальних наук, констатовано: в реаліях сьогодення модель викладача тяжіє до стандартизації і уніфікації, що зумовлено популярністю інтегрованих освітніх програм серед здобувачів вищої освіти; справедливі і чесні практики педагогічного партнерства учасників освітнього процесу є рушієм особистісного і професійного розвитку й навчання упродовж життя, саме в цьому принциповому положенні вираженого зміст педагогічного партнерства під час навчання упродовж життя; психологічний комфорт і цифровізація процесуальних аспектів навчальних комунікацій стали необхідною умовою забезпечення якості фахової освіти.
The research methodology is based on a system and competence approach. Research methods are used: a combination of theoretical methods of cognition (analysis, synthesis, abstraction, generalization, explanation) with elements of the hypothetical-deductive model. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that, using the method of analysis of scientific sources and the empirical observation results of the teaching practices of specialists in the field of humanities and social sciences, it has been established: in today's realities, the model of a teacher tends towards standardization and unification, which is due to the popularity of integrated educational programs among students of higher education; fair and honest practices of the pedagogical partnership of participants in the educational process are the driver of personal and professional development and lifelong learning, it is in this principle that the meaning of pedagogical partnership during lifelong learning is expressed; psychological comfort and digitalization of procedural aspects of educational communications have become a necessary condition for ensuring the quality of professional education. The professional teaching skills development of a specialist in the field of humanities and social sciences involves the creation of a psychologically comfortable developmental learning environment in an educational institution. Among the key values-meanings of such an educational environment, the article singles out the nobility of thought and all communications, the use of moral feeling as a canvas of the student’s psychobiography (family traditions, profession about kinship, stories of resilience, social significance of work); culture (speech, behavior) as a life practice, tolerance of intercultural differences and any discrimination. The organic content and methodological techniques in the educational process are also significant. It seems appropriate to rely on mentality, basic culture in the methods of didactic influence. The competitiveness of a higher education institution, in the opinion of the author, is determined by the practices of creating a situation of success, projecting a strong individuality, a sense of personal security in the team.
