This paper aims to present the evaluation of the influence of governmental social capital on entrepreneurship and to create an econometric model of the impact of governmental social capital on entrepreneurship in the Baltic States. The first part of this work introduces the theory of social capital. The interaction between governmental social capital and entrepreneurship is presented in the second part of this essay. The third part of the paper introduces the evaluation methodology of the influence of governmental social capital on entrepreneurship. The last part of this work presents the results of the qualitative and quantitative researches. Based on the results an evaluation model of the influence of governmental social capital on entrepreneurship in the Baltic States was created.
