Abstract
The article deals with the terms used in the language of state documents that create problems in their interpretation. The language under analysis includes headings, texts and requisites of different state documents. The article proves that different understanding and use of the terms under analysis create problems in implementation of different work issues. The article provides ways of how to unify the use of the terms discussed. The emphasis is also laid on the effectiveness and quality of teaching the language of documents at higher education institutions.
