Abstract (en)
Finance accessibility is one of the main factors when seeking for business and economic development. Limited finance acceptability is usually related to insufficient development of financial institutions, improper financing conditions for businesses because of their risk and Jack of information. However, the acceptability of financial services and their adequacy to business needs are equally important. The research was made evaluating demand side factors influencing the business development finance and involved the main ideas from capital structure theories, resource-based theory and factors of lending relationships.
