Straipsnyje analizuojami apklausos taktikos aspektai cigarečių kontrabandos bylose. Tarp veiksmų, atliekamų nusikaltimų tyrimo metu, apklausa dažniausias veiksmas, atliekamas ne vieną kartą kiekvienoje baudžiamojoje byloje, o jo rezultatais - parodymais daug kartų remiamasi surašant kaltinamąjį aktą. Cigarečių kontrabanda - sudėtingas reiškinys, todėl visiems, atsakingiems už cigarečių kontrabandos reiškinio kontrolę, tenka vis didesnis iššūkis. Tik dirbant kompleksiškai, siekiant tų pačių integruotų tikslų, vertinant cigarečių kontrabandos reiškinį visapusiškai, galėsime pasiekti mums keliamus tikslus. Straipsnyje pateikiama cigarečių kontrabandos nusikaltimų analizė, taip pat pareigūnų apklausos rezultatai dėl tokio atskiro ikiteisminio tyrimo veiksmo, kaip liudytojo ir įtariamojo apklausa.
The article analyses the aspects of the interrogation tactics applied in cigarette smuggling cases.Among the acts performed in the course of investigation of criminal offences, interrogation is the most freąuent act conducted on a number of occasions in each criminal case the results whereof in the fonu of statements are used on multiple occasions when drawing up the act of indictment. Cigarette smuggling is a complex phenomenon and all those who are responsible for the control of the cigarette smuggling phenomenon, are facing great challenges. The objectives may be achieved and fulfilled only through the integral approach to work and comprehensive attitude towards the cigarette smuggling phenomenon. The article contains the analysis of specific cigarette smuggling cases, including the results of interviewing the officers about the interrogation of the suspect and the witness as a separate act of the pre-trial investigation.
