Abstract (en)
The author emphasizes the importance of culture exchange and influence of spiritual identity for the friendly development of bilateral Czech-Lithuanian relations since the re-establishment of the diplomatic relations in beginning of the 90’s. According to analytical Czech representation of the situation in Lithuania, in 1993–2003, we can separate some pillars existing on which this process is based. First, it is the safeguarding of historical memory, revival of former bilateral cultural relations, a search for new areas of cultural representation and the geography of Czech cultural events’ expansion in Lithuania.
