The beginning of the 90-s of the last century is characterised by rapid increase of intensity of reforms of financial liberalisation within the majority of countries. The period is being characterised as the second stage of financial liberalisation. Countries of the former U.S.S.R. embarked into transition reforms of their economies in the described period. Quantitative indices reveal that the level of reforms in such countries is higher comparing to peer transition countries; while indices of financial liberalisation are showing a lag comparing to other reforms of liberalisation of the same countries.
Начало 90-х годов прошлого века ознаменовалось ростом реформ финансовой либерализации среди большинства стран. Этот период характеризуется, как второй этап финансовой либерализации. Страны бывшего СССР в этот же период времени вступили на путь трансформации экономики и, следуя количественным индексам, в среднем опережают остальные страны с переходной экономикой. Тем не менее, индексы либерализации сектора финансов таких стран являются наименьшими, что свидетельствует об относительном отставании реформ финансовой либерализации.
