The object of the research is e-human resources management. The aim of the research was to define main methodical guidelines and directions of further e-human resources management research. The study is based on innovative approach and review of the most recent literature. The most significant attention is paid for definition and formulation of e-human resources management. There were three main dimensions of e-human resources management extracted, namely human resources management, information technologies, and innovation system environment. The main directions of development and research in e-human resources management were proposed on the basis of the performed investigation. The article is important for developers and researchers of e-human resources management.
