In the Article, it is analyzed, whether in the constitutional legal system of Lithuania, there are preconditions for the revival of the legal norms that were annulled or changed by a legal act which was in conflict with the Constitution, as a legal consequence of the Constitutional Court ruling. Taking account of the practice of the constitutional courts of the foreign countries (particularly those, whose constitutions and laws do not provide for such legal consequences of decisions of the constitutional justice institution directly), the author draws a conclusion that the revival of the norms is possible in certain situations.
