Integration Development of Logistics Activities of Corporate Enterprises Based on Intellectualization and Management Technologies

Abstract

The research is dedicated to the current conditions of globalization and technological progress in the development of logistics activities of corporate enterprises, which is becoming increasingly important. The main purpose of the research paper is to determine areas of integration development of logistics based on the introduction of intelligent systems and management technologies. It should be noted that the use of modern logistics management to manage logistics processes can save logistics costs equivalent to 1% and increase sales by 10%. Logistics is one of the most dynamic and significant sectors in the EU economy, accounting for approximately 10% of GDP. The article analyzes current trends in logistics, in particular, artificial intelligence and process automation, as well as their impact on the efficiency of corporate enterprises. It is determined that advanced technologies, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, the Internet of Things (IoT) and big data, can reduce logistics costs by up to 30%, while AI can increase the efficiency of logistics processes by up to 50%. The article examines the increase in the competitiveness of corporate enterprises by optimizing logistics processes, reducing costs, improving the quality of customer service and making efficient managerial decisions.
