The paper examines the preferences and financial incentives of graduates of economics students based on utility aspect by choosing a work place. The study empirical base includes 200 of the 689 graduates of Mykolas Romeris University, Vilnius University, Kaunas Technology University and the University of Šiauliai. The object of the research is preferences and financial stimulants of graduates of master economic studies of Mykolas Romeris University (MRU), Vilnius University (VU), Kaunas Technology University (KTU) and Šiauliai University (ŠU) by choosing the work place. The goal is to investigate the preferences and financial stimulants of graduates of economics studies by utility functions by choosing them the work place. There is weighted utility functions of the respondents of the Universities as well as it is analyzed the preferences of the respondents and major financial incentives, which provide them the maximum utility by choosing a job in the paper.
