Abstract
There haven't been numerous cases related with religion in the practice of Lithuanian courts during the recent decades. Still several latest cases could be discussed as specific examples. Also some insights can be done to conclude and to explain the different positions of Lithuanian and ECHR courts judges. One of the reasons why arguments of Lithuanian court judges have been dismissed in Strasburg could be a different mentality as it was conditioned by the post-soviet and free Western society experiences.
