Research limitations/implications – the study was carried out on the basis of two companies, which gives a deeper view, but a wider analysis is necessary for the results to be applied more extensively. Practical implications: Originality/Value – the novelty of the research depends on the fact that the existing approaches to this problem mainly focus on the technical side of computing.
