Abstract
In the article problems of application of special knowledge in the electrical engineering range of courts' practice and relative tasks are discussed. Analysis is conducted in the base of investigations of electrical forensic examination. Investigations are carried out in correlation between electrotechnics and knowledge of electrical engineering and jurisprudence and knowledge of criminal investigation. Solutions to the analysed tasks are presented. Aspects of efficiency increase of electrical forensic examinations are indicated.
