The article examines the peculiarities of the functioning of the institutions of the presidency and parliament in Ukraine, their interaction and influence on the state administration system. Special attention is paid to the role of the president as the head of state and the parliament as a legislative body, their interaction and balancing of power. The article also examines the challenges faced by these institutions in the conditions of political instability and reforms, as well as the prospects for their further development. The main goal of the study is to determine the key factors affecting the effectiveness ofthe institutions of the presidency and the parliament, as well as to develop recommendations for improving their interaction and increasing the efficiency of public administration in Ukraine.
