The dilemma of growing competition in the market and the influence of globalization and environmental changes lead companies to use effectively inner and outside capabilities and resources to be ahead of the competitors. Network formation is one of the essential factors to effective business performance and in fostering competitiveness. Networking allows the exchange of ideas and knowledge, improves strategies, promotes innovations, shares the risk and seek business efficiency. Business to business (B2B) cooperation empowers to create long-term relationships based on trust, values, and high-quality performance.
