Tyrimo objektas - universitetu personalo strateginis valdymas. Iškeltas tikslas - ištirti personalo strategini valdyma universitetuose. Tikslui pasiekti numatyti ir realizuoti uždaviniai: atlikta strateginio personalo valdymo tobulinimui studija; išanalizuoti vidiniai ir išoriniai veiksniai, turintys itakos strateginiam personalo valdymui; išsiaiškinta kaip respondentai suvokia personalo strategini valdyma, personalo strategijos rengimo procesa bei žmoniškuju ištekliu dalyvavima kuriant strategija; nustatytas respondentu požiuris i personalo strategini valdyma; remiantis išanalizuota teorija bei tyrimo rezultatais, pateiktos išvados ir pasiulymai atskiru personalo strateginio valdymo sistemos elementu tobulinimui.
Theme of Master’s work ‘Strategic management of staff in higher schools’. Object of research – strategic management of universities’ staff. Objective – to research the strategic management of staff in universities. For the purpose to reach the objective there were planned and implemented these tasks: study of strategic management of staff for improvement was done; internal and external factors that have the influence for strategic management of staff were analyzed; there were ascertained how respondents perceive strategic management of staff, the process of staff strategic preparation and participation of human resources in strategy formation; opinion of respondents about strategic management of staff was observed; according the analyzed theory and research results there are made conclusions and recommendations for improvement of several elements of staff strategic management system.
