Abstract (lt)

Magistro baigiamajame darbe analizuojamas administracinio proceso teisinis reguliavimas. Darbe analizuota administracinio proceso sampratos problematika. Aptarta administracinio proceso teisinio reguliavimo raida nuo Lietuvos Respublikos Nepriklausomybės atkūrimo iki šių dienų. Analizuota ilgo bylų nagrinėjimo problema ir jos sprendimo galimybės.

Abstract (en)

This master thesis deals with the regulation of administrative proceedings. The paper addresses the concept of administrative proceedings, discusses the dynamics of the regulation of administrative proceedings since the Restoration of the Independence of the Republic of Lithuania, and analyses the issue of lengthy proceedings and the solutions thereto.
